The towers formal appearances were developed and depicted from calculations for spatial efficiency. Both towers are split and vertically shifted to give it a slimmer but more elegant proportion and impression.
This gesture is then used as an opportunity for a horizontal and likewise triangular skyloop, connecting the areas of private apartments with the hotel and the office sectors, allowing people to experience an elevated shortcut above the green and the city.

Inspired by the shiny surface of the nearby sea, the facade makes a big difference in transforming the building from an ordinary box into a lively and symbolic  icon.
